Due to new legislation and stricter enforcement, many organizations are no longer allowed or willing to simply outsource their assignments via self-employed constructions. This means that, as a freelancer, you will increasingly be told that you can only respond to a job if you become an employee\u2014something you wanted to avoid in the first place. <\/strong><\/h4>\n

But sometimes the assignment is so appealing that you don’t want to pass it up. In that case, going all-in can be a solution. <\/strong><\/h4>\n

With all-in remuneration, you retain as many of the advantages of freelancing as possible and fully meet the client’s requirements. Of all the existing contract types, this is the one that offers you the most freedom, autonomy, and flexibility.
Instead of sending invoices, you receive a fixed monthly salary that includes everything\u2014from your compensation to vacation pay and any allowances. This makes it possible for clients to hire you, allows you to retain as much flexibility as possible, and meets the client’s desire to work together in a way other than a self-employed construction.<\/x>Unfortunately, a number of clients choose to avoid all the risks of bogus self-employment and therefore prefer contract forms that feel safer to them. This means that traditional self-employed constructions are under pressure and that you, as a freelancer, may be able to get fewer assignments. We have received signals from our network of freelancers that a number of them are willing, either temporarily or permanently, to work with their clients in a different way. That is why we want to offer you the freedom to choose this option.
