Communications Policy
Jellow sends messages in several categories:
Marketing emails
These emails give you additional information about Jellow, the freelance market, or other topics of interest. You can unsubscribe from these emails by clicking the link at the bottom of the email, or by unchecking the “Newsletter” slider in your account settings.
Transactional emails and/or text messages
These are the messages you receive in response to your enrollment with Jellow, which are seen as critical to the efficient execution of the service Jellow offers. Emails in this category contain a link to this page at the bottom of the email. This will not be the case with SMSs, since an SMS can only contain a limited number of characters. Unsubscribing to these messages can only be done by deleting your Jellow account.
